The price of Bitcoin (BTC) has increased by 12,464% in the last decade, surpassing even tech behemoths like Alphabet (NASDAQ:GOOGL) Inc., Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX), and Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN).

Analyst Colin Wu, alias WuBlockchain, published his findings on May 3. In the study, Wu compared Bitcoin’s performance to that of the stocks of the nine biggest tech companies. The data shows that the digital asset is doing very well, which adds to its credibility as an effective investment tool.
